Left Behind

No, not that Left Behind. This one. This week's Memphis Flyer has a great article about the new outer loop (I-269) that is set to be complete in less than three years. The question that is asked is how this will affect the city. Will this continue to push people out to the suburbs (whatever the suburbs will be defined as now)?
